Cold Red, Purple Hands Why Do My Hands And Feet Go Purple When Its Cold And Bright Red When Its Hot?

Why do my hands and feet go purple when its cold and bright red when its hot? - cold red, purple hands

My hands always seem colder than others and look like a dead person in the very cold. Is it poor circulation? Is there anything I can do my hands and my feet so strange?

Yes, this could be a sign of poor circulation. If they are not treated and homeless, poor circulation to the extremities may be susceptible to ulcers. Is your skin to any other color in the cold (like white on blue and red), and numbness or tingling? If you are very pale or light skin?

If it's not so bad for you and your main concern, the picture is even hide, and to try to cold. Keep your hands and feet with socks, gloves, etc.

After cooling, the narrowing of blood vessels and make it purple. When hot, the opposite happens. Go red. There is nothing unusual or something you should worry.

If ur hot, add ur vessels and increases blood flow to the superficial vessels and helps the body heat release - hence the red, UR.
On the contrary, when the cold UR - Ur So purplr / blue.

It may be Raynaud's syndrome. I have for several years and it sounds very similar. You can find more information here: http://www.medicinenet.com/raynauds_phenomenon/article.htm
