Oligo Dt Primer RT Primer Mix?

RT primer mix? - oligo dt primer

I have a reverse transcription RT Qiagen kit.
He came with a mixture of primers (oligo-dT +) random primers.
1. What happens in the RT-reaction?
2. What are my products?
3. If the result of good cDNA for a number of specific genes in real-time PCR?

During the reverse transcriptase reaction RT cDNA synthesis from the mRNA with oligo-dT primer or random as a starting point. The products are cDNAs that represent all the RNA in the original sample.

Yes, the resulting cDNA for the gene in many real-good, but if the RNA is found in very small quantities, no results. For now, most of the DNA product for the rRNA and tRNA is enriched, unless their sample mRNA.

1. Who creates the DNA of the RNA.
2. DNA
3. No, because the DNA is to be free of introns and the exons spliced together.

I agree with because everything about the person, except that part of the rRNA and tRNA is essential for their DNA. Since you will be with oligo dT primers, probably selected mRNA.

Why?

MRNA is the only form of RNA that (3 ') has poly-A tail can bind to an oligo dT first. If the tRNA or rRNA, with a total mass of the bases adenine, it is likely that you'll get the mRNA.
