I am wondering how dangerous an electric shock of 120 volts is? - sock outlet
Change in my department, the maintenance workers mistakenly connected to an outlet during a repair, and when I in a single day, I was seized with a full load. I do not wear shoes for the isolation (only half). I felt a slight tingling and pain in the arms. Is there a chance of damaging the long term? Or I think there are no serious problems such as pain seems to be withdrawing?

Hello, sorry Here are a few. It is only a few names electrician if there is a mild electric shock.
How many times have you heard that you do not, that'll kill you volts but the amps? Often true (only 100mA to stop your heart), amps and volts are eternally bound by Ohm's law:
V = IR
In plain English: Volts (V) is multiplied by the same (I) by the resistance (R). So, assume that the resistance is constant, voltage and current in the same stage. In climbing, as the other and vice versa. You can not do much without a lot of amps volts.
So kill you back to amps or volts. Since your body is a constant resistance, it is actually a combination of both. A higher voltage means a higher intensity and thus a higher voltage to kill a greater potential to be. It takes only 100mA to stop your heart. I think the strength of a person with dry skin is about 100,000 ohms. This means that even touching on 120V is not fatal by far. The problem is that moist skin is about 1000 ohms, and the interior of the body is eCome down, so that potentially fatal 120V. So be careful! Correct the problem as quickly as possible.

If the pain is reduced and the use of weapons, there is little reason for concern. If the problem persists,) a physician (neurologist.
Do not worry about me. tazer one looottttt less.

The Volt does not really count. When they are still alive may be accepted immediately. It is mess up your nervous system over time. Apparently there was a lot of amps behind him. 120 volts can irritate the muscles so that you can not give it up. Many things can cause more damage suffered. I am not at 277 volts without damage. 277 tends to get it right away. Have you ever picked up a ignition wire when the engine was? Anyone who is 50 hundred thousand volts, but has no power behind it. This is especially not kill it for you. It should go after some time.
